Project Management Methodology:

Data911 provides project management services to support full implementations. Qualified Project Managers are assigned to administer all efforts to completion. The Project Manager acts as the conduit between the customer and Data911. All if Data911's Project Managers employ project management techniques as prescribed by the Project Management Institute. Data911 Project Managers act as the primary liaison with the customer's counterpart and will have full executive responsibility and authority to direct, co-ordinate, control, make decisions and progress all elements essential to successful project delivery. Data911 will conduct regular reviews of project performance in respect of implementation, technical, cost and contractual objectives against the Project Plan. Data911 will host monthly project team meetings via telephone conference-bridge or pre-scheduled site-visits unless project requirements deem more frequent meetings are necessary.
