For command vehicles, Data9ll offers a dual display option. By mounting one display in the front passenger compartment, the commander may use the M5 while responding to the incident. Upon arrival, the second display mounted on the rear command console can be turned on to mirror the front display.
Both displays
run off the same CPU, so the commander will not have to wait for another computer
to boot when setting up an Incident Command site. This option saves on installation
of another wireless modem, since all communications are running off the same
CPU. A second keyboard is available for narrative entry.
