Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) is the entry point to the Data9ll Public Safety software suite. CAD allows call takers and dispatchers to create, monitor, and update multiple incidents in separate windows simultaneously. It automatically shares updated event information with other modules in the suite.

Data9lls CAD is easy to use with a mouse, a keyboard command line, or combination of both to enter data and quickly manage your events. CAD records the full text of all dispatch activities, including state database inquiries and responses, for later review. CAD was designed explicitly to provide all functions necessary for multi-agency and multi-function (Police, Fire, EMS) use in any size Public Safety environment.
